Sealcoating is the process of applying a protective layer (typically asphalt emulsion /sealer) over your asphalt pavement/Driveway surface. This topcoat acts as a barrier, shielding your driveway/ parking lot from the elements that contribute to deterioration, including: Ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun Water intrusion from rainfall, snow, storm water runoff Automotive oils, fuels, and chemicals Oxidation and surface brittleness from exposure to heat Over time, untreated asphalt begins to fade, crack, and degrade. Sealcoating not only restores a dark black finish to your lot but also strengthens its resistance to everyday wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy
Black Hammer Driveway Solutions requires at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be subject to a [$50] cancellation fee.
